Instinct is currently working with a well established organisation which works to support members within a profession with a broad range of services. Their core aims lie within providing long term support through various means to ensure the secure futures of all working within that sector. They are currently undergoing a significant transformation to improve the digital provisions available to their members, and are looking for a Digital Learning Designer to join their small and vibrant team in working to create high quality digital and blended learning content.
The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with SMEs and stakeholders to understand needs and gather learning content, developing content with industry standard authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, and implementing graphic/interactive elements using the Adobe Creative Suite. The role itself will be focused on creating new high quality L&D content both around hard and soft skills, as well as updating older content to ensure it is in line with business needs and up to date. The successful post holder will also need to have excellent time management, be able to come up with innovative ideas to bring to the team, and will have a sharp attention to detail.
Aside from a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, this role offers hybrid working of 1 day per week on site, up to 28 days holiday, a pension scheme, life assurance, and much more!
