Assessment Specialist

Instinct is working with a fast-growing, innovative company in the education and digital learning space that is seeking contract Assessment Specialists with experience in understanding rubric development to play a key role in the modification of their current programmes.

They are looking for a someone with experience working in an educational or assessment-focused environment, where they have gained an understanding of how rubrics are developed and applied. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using rubrics to evaluate and enhance learner performance, ensuring that assessment tools are aligned with learning outcomes. This role will focus on modifying existing rubrics to meet the evolving needs of the organisation’s programmes, ensuring consistency and clarity in assessment across a wide range of subjects or training areas.
