Instinct is proud to be working with a public sector client embarking on an exciting, large-scale initiative to create a new training programme focusing on recruitment and onboarding for new starters.
The Role
As part of a larger team of Learning Designers, Learning Developers, and multimedia specialists, you will play a key role in reshaping and modernising the recruitment and training programme for new employees. This initiative will not only enhance the onboarding process but also equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to achieve professional qualifications.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design engaging courses, while also working with both internal and external stakeholders to co-develop a dynamic and impactful curriculum. You’ll need to leverage your expertise in blended learning to create solutions across various mediums, including classroom-based learning, eLearning, video content, and scenario-based training.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced blended learning designer.
- Be confident in engaging with SMEs and stakeholders to gather input and align objectives.
- Have a proven ability to design effective training strategies and comprehensive curricula.
- Ensure all learning materials are accessible to a wide range of learners, including those with disabilities, by adhering to accessibility standards.
- Be a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
