Instinct is currently working with a leading, global accounting body which boasts over 100,000 members across the world. Having been established for over a century, they now boast a broad portfolio of highly sought after training programmes, qualifications, and certificates, making them one of the key organisations current and future Accountants look to to gain their credentials from. They are looking to recruit an experienced Accountancy SME to join their education team and assist in the creation of content for a specific diploma-level learning programme over the next few weeks.
The purpose of the role will be to work closely with members of the education team to write the necessary content for the learning programme, utilising degree-level understanding of subject matter in Accountancy or Sustainability Regulations. The ideal person would have their own credentials and will have gained qualifications in Accountancy, and will have proven experience writing educational content, authoring workbooks, or lecturing within this subject field. There will be a need for strong written English, an ability to hit deadlines on time and to an excellent standard, and an excellent understanding of Financial Accountancy and/or Sustainability.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Advanced Financial Accountancy background, with previous work as a Senior Practitioner or a Education Professional in Accountancy and/or Sustainability
- Fully conversant abilities in the of implementation of International Sustainability Standards
- Expertise in Sustainability Reporting and Assurance
- A recognised professional qualification in this sector
- Proven experience writing content for education purposes
- English as a first language
