Learning Management System Administrator

Instinct is proud to be working with a long standing client who are a well known name in the luxury services sector. They are currently offering an excellent opportunity for a high performing administrator to join their team and help progress the organisations Learning and Development function. This person will be responsible for ensuring a methodical process for the administration and coordination of the learning system and facilitation of outstanding learning experiences/training for members across the entire organisation.
The successful post holder will be responsible for managing and administrating the Learning Management System (LMS) in place, ensuring all work is up to date and accessible for its members. Aside from this, the job holder will need to manage user accounts, grant page permissions, upload and organisation all learning materials within various modules and courses, as well as troubleshooting any issues when necessary. Following this, the role will provide an opportunity to learn the process of working with subject matter experts in order to develop online training content and hold/support training sessions for any members that may require extra support.
The ideal person will be:
- Extremely organised, able to demonstrate completing administrative tasks to an excellent standard and on time
- A multitasker, able to work at pace while dealing with any last minute queries which may arise
- Familiar with the use of a Learning Management System or any other system used to facilitating learning and development content
- Interested in the Learning and Development space and enthusiastic about the facilitation of outstanding learning content
- Eager to grow and progress within an organisation over time
