L&D Design Specialist (HR)

Instinct are proud to be supporting this client who operates within the Public Sector and provide a critical service to their local community on a daily basis.

The Role

Our client are looking for a learning designer with strong experience of instructional design for not only eLearning and digital content, but someone who has also designed face to face courses. This will be a 12-month fixed term contract to support them creating a suite of courses on a range of HR topics such as wellbeing and management development. 

Person

The successful person will:

• Be an learning designer with strong blended learning experience 
• Have strong knowledge of classroom training methodologies and ideally have done face to face training themselves
• A background in HR will be advantageous 
• Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate or Elucidat 
• A proven track record of creating engaging bitesize learning 
• Be in a readily commutable distance to Kent as this role requires you to be on site 2 to 3 days per week
