Learning Technology Manager

The Role

Instinct’s client is a highly acclaimed higher education provider in London who are leading specialists in their sector. They are looking for an experienced Learning Technology Manager/ Learning Architect to work closely with Generative AI tools, learning technologies and platforms such as Panopto, Turnitin, and Office 365, and drive the overall digital learning function across the entire organisation. The ideal candidate will come from a strong technical background and will have a solid understanding of programming languages such as Python to support both front and back end coding systems as well as maintaining UX and UI design. The role will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, maintaining digital standards, and supporting all tools, models, and applications of Generative AI across the organisation.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with Generative AI tools, models, and applications
• Experience with technical programming languages such as Python
• Experience working with learning technologies such as Panopto, Turnitin, and Office 365
• High level understanding of virtual learning environments and technology enhanced learning
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and excellent communication/networking skills

The Benefits

Aside from a competitive initial salary up to £55,000 per annum, this role will be made up of fully remote working except for quarterly travel on various sites in England, a pension scheme, healthcare plans, and much more!
