Company
Our client, a globally recognised leader in the retail sector, is actively seeking an Early Careers Specialist to join their team on a critical 12-month fixed-term contract due to upcoming maternity leave in the team.
Role
In this role, you’ll collaborate across diverse skill sets to drive the success of our client’s early learning programs. You’ll design, develop, and align these initiatives with established standards while facilitating pathways for similar programs. Working closely with service providers and internal stakeholders, you’ll attract, manage, and support candidates, guiding them towards full-time careers.
Your responsibilities include planning and executing Future Recruitment initiatives, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and building networks to enhance our talent pipeline. Proactive communication with candidates, providing vital information before their employment, is also key.
Person
The successful person will have the following:
- Experience in Early Careers Recruitment and Talent Management.
- Ability to confidently negotiate with several internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of providing guidance, challenging processes, and adapting in fast-paced environments.
