Digital Learning Designer (UX)

As a well-known name within the aviation industry, this company hires well over 20,000 employees across the world.

It will start as a 3 week contract to scope out the learning needs and to conceptualise a solution, after this solution is signed off, the contract will roll into a 3-month piece of work.

Job Description

This role will require the successful candidate to scope out the learning needs for the client and build upon their initial discovery phase. They will then need to design effective and user centric training which can be developed into eLearning using an authoring tool. There is a very strong focus on the user experience (UX) in this role as the client is really keen to ensure that this is a truly unique and engaging course for their learners.

The successful applicant for this role will:

• Expertise within Learning Design (experience with the 5DI methodology is advantageous)
• Strong experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360
• Be creative and have good command of tools such as Adobe CC to help create high quality courses
• An understanding the 5DI Learning Design methodology will be advantageous
• UX will be an essential part of this role so demonstratable evidence of how you focus on making user centric learning will be necessary
