Learning Technologist

Our client is looking for an individual to lead their 1st and 2nd line support systems. You will get to be an integral member of a leading Digital Education team as you grow into the go to person for the University students. They currently use the Moodle VLE and a cloud based software called Padlet. Your role would be centred around these and you would become an expert in both systems. As this role is student facing it will be a great opportunity to help further these students learning solutions as you will create materials for them on how to best use the e-Learning functions at the University. Being the go to person, you will get to attend and participate in regular events and conferences to widen your network and broaden your skillset.

We are currently working with a London based education provider, who are globally recognised for their research and progression within their speciality. They offer courses for post-graduate, under-graduate and professionals within the industry.
The Person
As well as showing a keen eye for IT and the way it works, these are some the key skills we have outlined for the position:
- Experience working as on an IT Helpdesk (1st / 2nd line support)
- Being in a student/customer facing position
- Experience with Moodle
- Creation of IT support learning materials
- Experience with Padlet
