They are a thriving company that is growing with the industry and have been expanding their classroom sizes year by year. They have worked with a number of e-Learning leads in their respective industries to launch a digital learning qualification, which is where this role would sit.
Job Description
This position is an opportunity to coach and mentor the next generation of Learning Design Specialists. You will be taking a step down with Learning Design responsibilities, as there will be no requirement to design the qualification, instead utilising your skills in workshops and 1-1 sessions with the students. You will use your breadth of knowledge across different disciplines of digital learning to teach the different modules in this 18-month course.
The person
The following skills will make you a strong candidate for this position:
- Experience of digital learning design and practice
- Experience of digital learning design theories in academic and commercial projects
- Excellent communication skills while mentoring or coaching students
