This exciting opportunity is working with one of Instinct’s fantastic Healthcare clients on a Digital Learning project that offers flexible and remote working.
Company
This client is one of the largest Healthcare companies in the UK, providing goods and services to treat patients across the UK with curative, preventive, rehabilitative, and palliative care in the form of hospitals, pharmacies, gyms and social care.
Role
The role of a Learning Designer is to create engaging Digital Learning materials which would be used to train internal Healthcare staff on treatments and processes. You would be working across the full learning cycle, from initial engagement with SMEs, through to the design of blended training.
Person
The successful person will be:
- Competent to work across the whole process of learning design.
- Must have experience using pedagogy and learning theories.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to engage with SME’s.
- Experienced within the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry.
- A UK citizen.
Incentives
This contract offers the opportunity to work on a very exciting new project with a competitive daily rate circa £275 per day outside of IR35.
