Instructional Learning Designer

Our client is a growing learning solutions provider specialising in the maritime industry. They focus on creating innovative learning solutions using cutting edge Virtual Reality (VR) technology as well as eLearning.
Role
This contract will involve working closely with SME’s and stakeholders to consult with them and establish a key learning objectives before then creating the initial storyboards and scripts for eLearning content.
Person
The successful person will:
- Be confident walking into a role which has a little ambiguity and setting out a clear learner journey.
- Have solid experience engaging with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Have experience taking more complex subject matters and making them understandable and engaging.
- Experience working within the Maritime Sector would be ideal.
Rewards
This contract offers the opportunity to work on a very exciting project with a competitive daily rate in the region of £275-300 outside of IR35.
