Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our client on a transformative digital learning project. They are looking for 2 learning designers to join their team and be at the forefront of developing engaging e-learning content, transforming materials into interactive, learner-focused modules. Using a range of digital tools, you’ll ensure the content aligns with client expectations, maintaining high-quality standards and delivering impactful learning experiences within set deadlines.

Skillset required:

• Instructional Design Expertise: Strong experience in developing e-learning content from scratch and converting existing materials into engaging, interactive courses using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creative Tools Mastery: Proficiency in content creation tools such as Rise, Storyline, and the Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to create multimedia-rich and interactive learning experiences.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high-quality content that aligns with client needs and meets SCORM standards, maintaining consistency and accuracy across all materials.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work on both content transformation projects and complete course development from the ground up, adjusting to different tools, platforms, and requirements.
• Efficient Delivery: Proven track record of efficiently managing the end-to-end design process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning content within deadlines.
