Role
This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape, scope, and oversee the development of innovative learning solutions. In addition to being hands-on, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and guiding other members of the learning design team.
Person
The successful person will have:
- Proven experience mentoring or managing learning professionals
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Expertise in scripting, storyboarding, and creating engaging learning content
- Provide creative input for proposals and tenders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective learning journeys
- Script and storyboard content in alignment with timelines and quality standards
- Support and mentor learning designers in drafting project documentation
