Our client is a well-established higher education organisation located in East of England.
Role
The successful candidate will be a pivotal member of the team to support and drive new marketing concepts and CRM projects. Within Dynamcis365, they will be responsible for Customer Insights Utilisation, Data Management, Reporting, creating data dashboards, evaluating user feedback and providing solutions to improve the CRM.
Skillset required:
- Hands-on experience with D365 and have taught/communicated how to use the platform.
- Excellent communication skills to guide and connect within a collaborative team.
- Built reports and dashboards
- Be assertive within the institute to hit the ground running.
- Dynamics 365 solutions life cycle management experience
