Blended Learning Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Learning Designer to join a fast-growing company in the Specialist Training space.

Role

As the Learning Designer, you’ll be responsible for scripting and storyboarding engaging training content for both E-Learning and Classroom Learning.

Person

The successful person will have:

• Strong experience creating blended learning material for construction, health & safety, engineering, or industrial machinery sectors, or similar regulated environments
• Experience designing content within regulated learning environments (e.g., apprenticeships, A-Levels, health & safety certifications).
• A self-starter who can take ownership and deliver high-quality work without micromanagement.
