Competitive Day Rate / 6 Month Contract / Start - May Remote Based Working, with 1 day a week on site in London preferred Contract

Our client is a leading professional body who provide a wealth of accredited programmes and qualifications for professionals in their specialist sector. They have a global base of members they represent, and they work to shape the standards of practice in the industry at an outstanding level. They are currently looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager to join their Marketing and Technology teams, to make a positive impact across a number of campaigns.

The purpose of the role will be to act as the primary liaison for UK-based Marketing stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Responsibilities will include facilitating roadmap prioritisation, cross-functional coordination, and clear communication with Marketing SMEs to drive campaign success. Aside from this, the successful post holder will work with stakeholders to manage pain points, create new features, run workshops, conduct data mapping, and provide sprint execution support.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Expertise
    – Hands-on experience with SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio)
    – Proven ability to build and troubleshoot campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).
    – Familiarity with lower-level / hands on configurations (e.g., basic coding, dynamic content logic).
  • Cross-Channel Messaging
    – WhatsApp and WeChat integration (critical requirement; experience pushing campaigns via these channels).
  • Personalisation & Automation
    – Experience with data-driven personalisation (e.g., dynamic email/content, triggered messaging based on customer segments).
    – Knowledge of personalization engines (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Optimisely).
  • Marketing Team Collaboration
    – Track record of supporting marketing teams to translate ideas into technical requirements.
    – Ability to align campaigns with business goals and compliance standards
  • Agile & Tools Proficiency
    – Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) – highly desirable.
    – Experience with Jira Product Discovery for roadmap planning (bonus).
Desirable
  • Exposure to Affluent Suite or similar financial services tools.
  • Basic AMPscript/SQL for data validation.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant).
