Role
This person will be highly experienced within “New Business” sales of bespoke learning content and understand the process behind creating high level, creative learning.
You will be responsible for sourcing and reaching out to potential new contacts to share what the organisation does and how they can support them in their learning journey.
You will be confident in building relationships with key decision makers as well as with the developing relationships with internal learning team.
Person
The successful person will be:
- Experienced within New Business sales and have a “hunter” mindset.
- Will have worked within a Learning Agency and have an understanding of the learning processes required to create high-level and engaging learning.
- You will have worked towards realistic targets and managed your time and diary efficiently.
- You will be happy to travel around once a quarter to meet clients (usually US based).
