Drupal Developer / Trainer

Instinct is working with a leading education body, who provide a wealth of education programmes across an array of subject disciplines. They are on the lookout for an experienced Drupal Developer/Trainer to temporarily join their Digital Learning Team and assist with both hands on development needs and mentoring junior team members through processes and upgrades. The key focus of the role is to lead on making subtle changes and guiding the junior team members to bring them up to speed on how to utilise these new functions, implement new lay outs and updates.
The projects involved throughout the 15-20 days will include refining the search functionality of programmes of external sites, changing page layouts of programme pages/components, and general layout changes and functionality additions including content types.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Professional work as a Full Stack Developer (Drupal)
- Expert experience with both GitHub and Jenkins process
- Worked on websites hosted on AWS Infrastructure
- Experience training junior members of staff or mentoring / leading junior team members.
- Higher Education (working on university websites)
The contract itself will be for 15 – 20 days, starting w/c 13th January, and will be for an average of 3 days a week working remotely.
