Our client is a leading education provider, who are the market leaders in their specialist subject areas. They work to serve a broad range of professionals with accredited qualifications, networking opportunities, improvements in the sector they represent, and much more. They are currently on the lookout for a creative E-Learning Developer to join their team on an initial 12 month FTC, but this is likely to continue into a permanent role.
As an E-Learning Developer, the ideal candidate will be well-versed in a range of software including graphics, images, audio, and video, as well as authoring tools such as Adapt, Articulate Storyline and Rise. The role itself will involve being a key part of the production of digital learning programmes, as well as more creative forms of online training materials. Aside from this, the successful post holder will be responsible for overseeing the organisations websites, content management systems (CMS), and learning management systems (LMS), so prior knowledge and experience of this is essential. A solid understanding of adult learning theory would also be extremely useful for the position.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Developing digital learning programmes and content using graphics, image, audio, and video software
- Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Overseeing websites, content management systems (CMS), and learning management systems (LMS)
- Applying Instructional Design principles and Adult Learning Theories
- More creative forms of digital training content using a broad variety of tools
