Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact training programmes, ensuring seamless delivery from start to finish. You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating world-class learning experiences and managing logistics, budgets, and client communications. Working closely with trainers, clients, and internal teams, you’ll ensure every programme meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you’ll help shape the future of professional learning in a fast-moving industry.

Skillset required:

Event & Training Logistics Expertise: Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality training programmes or events.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy across budgets, invoices, course materials, and logistics while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, reprioritising tasks when necessary, and responding to last-minute changes.
  • Time & Budget Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, control costs, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of LMS platforms, Salesforce, and Aventri is advantageous.
  • Client-Focused Approach: Exceptional communication and relationship management skills to liaise with clients, trainers, and suppliers effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think on your feet, take initiative, and make decisions while knowing when to escalate.
