Our client is a leading management consultancy which specialises in supporting clients across the world with various needs such as organisational change, strategy, operations, and much more. They have a strong cohort of talented consultants who guide their clients through each individual need, and prioritise supporting them with high quality learning and training provisions to ensure success in their responsibilities. A group of their senior staff are currently undergoing a programme in Leadership, and they are looking for an experienced Learning Designer to join the team and assist in bringing new ideas as to how to make the programme as best as it can be ready for launch.
The role will involve working directly on the Leadership Programme, which is for fully face-to-face learning. There will be a responsibility to bring in new, fresh, and engaging that are both pedagogically sound, based specifically on leadership skills, and creative. The programme itself will be for approximately 4 days, and will finish with a celebration of achievement and networking opportunity. The ideal person will have a baseline of experience in Leadership course development, but will also have demonstrated experience in the Business Consultancy space as well as an ability to take pre-written content and transform it into creative ideas for learning.
The ideal candidate must have experience with:
- End to end Learning Design (Learning Experience Design specifically)
- Working in the Business Consultancy sector or with clients in this space
- Creating leadership programmes
- Bringing in new, creative ideas related to digital learning programmes
- Face to face learning content
