Learning Experience Designer / Developer

We’re partnering with a UK-based Training provider who is looking for senior learning experience designers/developers to work on upcoming projects this year.

Role

As the Learning Experience Designer/Developer, you will be responsible for designing or developing impactful, user-centred learning solutions around various subject matters.

Person

The successful person will have:

• User-centred learning experience design
• Leadership content and branching scenario design
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Deep understanding of learning theories, UX principles, and accessibility standards
• Proven ability to create innovative, high-impact learning solution
• Expertise in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and more
