Competitive Day Rate / 12 Month Contract / 3 Days a Week Remote Contract

Our client is a charity which aims at improving the lives of children across the world. Having been established over a number of decades, they have been consistently investing into areas of the business that can have the greatest positive impact on the work they do. They are now looking for a LearnWorlds systems administrator to maintain the best quality education service for all their members, and to ensure trainers are able to deliver the fundamental work they do for their learners.

The key purposes of this role will be split into two core elements. 75% of the position will be centred on the administration of the LearnWorlds learning platform; ensuring content, courses and assessments are all accessible for both the trainers and learners. Key responsibilities will include cloning courses, reviewing content, linking courses to the course layout pages, setting up Zoom links, updating LearnWorlds settings and details on the course layout page, setting up automated emails, enrolling users etc. Aside from this, the other 25% of the role will be to operate as a helpdesk and 1st line of support for students and trainers mainly through email contact. The email contact will come internationally often across different time zones, so there will need to be some flexibility with time in order to get back to queries within a suitable timeframe.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience with LearnWorlds LMS
  • Helpdesk experience, responding to email queries and acting as 1st line of support for users
  • The ability to work flexibly
  • Brilliant people skills and communication (able to communicate with people who have English as a second language)
  • The ability to communicate with users with tact and diplomacy
  • Efficient IT skills

The successful post holder will have the opportunity to work on a fully remote, flexible basis, while working in a growing charity making a real difference in the world.
