Instinct are currently working with a leading Higher Education provider based in the Midlands, who have played a significant role in recent ground-breaking research findings across the globe and as such consistently rank very high in domestic and worldwide league tables. They have ambitious plans to grow and maintain their world class research to ensure they are positively contributing to societal improvements and able to broaden their influence as much as possible.
As the Programme Manager of the Online Learning portfolio, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team responsible for driving a diverse range of high quality digital learning assets. You will liaise closely with academics, internal stakeholders, and other third party members to develop and maintain a sound awareness of the learning demands across the market and utilising this knowledge to plan and deliver the organisations online learning programmes and courses. This will include planning projects and conducting the initial market research, scope, identifying risks and responding to issues accordingly, marketing the materials and managing stakeholders. Aside from this, you will also be responsible for line management duties of two Senior Learning Designers.
What you’ll need
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Project/Programme Management experience
- Understanding of a Learning products lifecycle
- Line management
- A solid understanding of the learning design process
- Commerciality – can make courses profitable
- Stakeholder management
- Higher Education and/or Commercial background
- Managing a portfolio of courses
The Rewards
