The Role
Our is looking for a seasoned Sales Trainer / Executive Coach to join them for 3-6 months to support them embed sales training in the organisation. This will involve conducting TNA to discover where they are at currently, and the designing a strategic training course, you will then prepare to hand this course over for BAU by coaching senior partners in the organisation to run the course moving forward.
Person
The successful person will:
- Be an experienced Sales Trainer and Sales Coach
- Have worked in large global organisations, ideally within a consultancy environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at a C Suite level
- Confident designing and facilitating training both in person and virtually
- Be available to start the contract in the next 2 – 3 weeks
