Instinct has helped to support us in building a brand-new digital learning team. Partnering with us over an 18-month period, the team understood our resourcing needs and were able to quickly identify appropriately skilled candidates, support the hosting of interviews and ultimately the recruitment of all 4 members of the final team. Each role required a different and specific skill set and were based in multiple locations across Europe; we even had a few adjustments in requirements during the recruitment process.
